1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Travel Spring website at travelspring.cfd. By reading the site or writing to us through the enquiry form you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please close the page.

2. What the site is

This is the first-party website of a small lighthouse-station hotel on the Sognefjord at Fjærland. The pages describe the rooms, the kitchen, the sauna raft, the small on-site gaming veranda, and the seasonal programme. Nothing on the site constitutes a binding offer to accommodate you or to provide any specific service on any specific date; a stay is confirmed only in the reply we send by email once we have received your enquiry and agreed the arrangement in writing.

3. Enquiries and stays

The enquiry form is a simple message system. Sending an enquiry does not create a booking. We shall respond within one working day with the seasonal package that fits your dates, the terms of deposit and cancellation, and a written confirmation once the arrangement is agreed. Payment terms are stated in that confirmation.

4. The gaming veranda

The veranda is open to house guests and their invited company, from eight in the evening, subject to the house dress code and to identification for anyone who looks under twenty-five. It is not open to the public. Play is limited to the tables described in the corresponding section of the site and is subject to the internal rules posted at the entrance.

5. Content and intellectual property

The text, photography and design of this website are the property of Travel Spring or used with permission. You may read, print or share pages for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution. Republication, scraping and automated reproduction are not permitted.

6. Accuracy

We take care that descriptions of the house are correct at the time of writing, but details of the programme, the kitchen and the surrounding landscape change with the seasons. Nothing on the site should be taken as a guarantee of specific weather, wildlife, ferry timetables or glacier conditions.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on the website. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited under Norwegian consumer law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any dispute shall be brought before the courts of that jurisdiction.
